Psystar Counterclaim Thrown Out By Court
Psystar’s counterclaim against Apple was just dismissed by a California district judge, which means that Psystar is back on the defensive. According to Psystar, Apple’s operating system is an independent market with no competitors, but that was too weak to be upheld in court. Guess Psystar had best throw in the towel and cease their Mac clones whether they know what’s good for them, but we’re pretty certain that there will be a bunch of citizens out there who won’t mind supporting the underdog no matter the cause, right?
